How long will my order take?
For Custom Stamps, if we receive your order before 2.00pm one day, it will be despatched, first class post, the following day. This is subject to having received the artwork for logos, and the finished product passing our quality check.
There is a 'same day' service on custom 'flash' stamps. Order before 2.00pm one day, your order is despatched, Special Delivery, the same day.
Large quantities may take longer, depending on the amount ordered. Customer Service will be able to quote a delivery date.
Stock orders are despatched from our Hull warehouse, with a 48 hour lead time.
Can I have a logo on my stamp?
Yes - Artwork for logos need to be original, black and white (no photocopies, faxes or colours). Artwork can be supplied either in the post to Mark C Brown Ltd, PO Box 69, Baker Street, Hull, HU2 8HS (quoting your order number) or sent via e-mail to info@markcbrown.co.uk as either a .GIF, .JPG, .TIFF or .PDF format.
Is there a charge for putting a logo on my stamp?
No - This is no extra charge. You pay for the size of stamp that you need, not what goes on it.
Does using artwork mean that I have to wait longer for my stamp?
No - Although, we do have to have sight of the artwork, and decide if it is of suitable quality to reproduce on the stamp before we can go ahead with your order.
Can I have a signature my stamp?
Yes - We would need your signature three times: in black pen on a plain sheet of paper . This would then have to be posted to us at the above address.
Can I have a proof of my stamp?
Yes - You would need to let us know that you require a proof of your stamp before production. You should be aware that a proof would delay your order by up to 4 days.
Is there an extra charge for proofs?
No - Proofs are faxed to you free of charge. You have 30 days in which to approve a proof before it is cancelled from our system.
Can I have a border on my stamp?
Yes - But you would have to reduce the text space available by one line. Borders are at no extra cost.
Are circular stamps available?
Yes - The circular stamp would generally be provided on a square mount, but with a circular inpression. There are one or two exceptions to this - the round XL2 flash stamp for instance.
What colour impressions are available?
5 Choices - Black, Red, Blue, Green and Violet. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will make your stamp with black ink.
